Lately I have been reading the labels on all the food I can, so I can get a sense of which foods are better for me to eat. It is really very surprising how seemingly healthy food is loaded with calories and fat. Right now I am nibbling on a very dry assortment of shriveled fruits and nuts (that contains no chocolate) and for 3 more grams of fat and 40 more calories…I could have a Three Musketeers bar! Sheesh. Okay, well I am taking solace in the fact that I know this has vitamins…but still, I’m appalled!
