To the Orient!

…ation. My new job is having orientation for all of the new teachers today, so I get a bit of a glimpse into what I will be doing in the next 9 weeks.

I finally bought new sunglasses yesterday. Tim and I were bored so we went out shopping, it was great to just get out. She is babysitting for Todd & Heather these days so we had the baby which was also very fun. BTW: if you have a kid and it needs clothes, just ask me to babysit. I apparently can’t help but buy cute little outfits.

I also saw a cute little polo shirt for $5…but I put it back when I realized it was a maternity shirt. That’s all I need is for more people to think I am pregnant (I am not, for the record.)

Have a lovely day!

Alive

…and kicking.

Sorry for my dominant absenteeism. I am not great at my routine yet. I know I should be by now, but I am a slow learner I think 🙂

So say howdy to the newest teacher in my family. I will be teaching part time at a local trade college here. I am excited for this new challenge. I couldn’t really bring myself to be giddy about it when I first heard, but the more I think about it, the more I know this is just what I need.

I’ll let you all know how it goes, my first day is a week from today so wish me luck!

Insert Title Here

I am not used to having a title, I’ll have to put a little more creativity into what goes up there from now on 🙂

Well, well, well… a new part time job possibility is trotting past me and I am giving it due notice. We shall see what happens there. More to come when I know what is coming 🙂

Other than that, I am finding myself battling very intense bouts of sleepiness. My body just tells me “Go lay down and rest” then I end up passing out for an hour or more. It’s madness I tell you 🙂

I’ve been starting my new endeavor: not working for someone else. It is an interesting change of pace. I am finding myself busier during the day and more tired at night. I am sure the summer heat is not helping with my sleepiness, but nonetheless.

In regards to my last post, I am interested to know what you all can do. So if you know what you are good at, drop me an email and let me know. I may be in need of someone with your skill set very soon. And who knows, you might even make a buck or two.
