Lately I’ve been sleeping really hard. I went through a phase about 2 months ago where I would wake up every couple of hours. Maybe that finally caught up with me because now I am out like a light and sleep in one solid chunk all night.
I am also quite groggy in the morning and it’s tough to wake up, even though I’m getting plenty of rest. I find it odd that my sleep cycle keeps changing in adulthood. Who knew?
