Boy, what getting up at 4:45 a.m. can do for your day! I haven’t crashed yet, I am hoping that it will wait until I get home from work. I worked out, did a short yoga routine, cooked myself an egg for breakfast, watched the news, played with the dog…all before I went to work. It was great. I think I may have to force myself to become a morning person. I love having so much time, but it is so hard to leave my nice comfy bed. Odd how it doesn’t feel that great when I get in at night, but in the morning – Wow! Gonna have to give my internal clock a tune up.
