A day or two of rest at the end of every week, there is something to be said for that. Take a little break when you are frazzled and you’ll feel all the better for it afterward. What I can’t do though, is take those mini-breaks like in the middle of the day and actually feel any relief. This is something I need to figure out. Maybe it’s because I know a mini-break is just trying to trick my brain into not freaking out for the next few minutes so I can go on doing and working for the rest of the day. Maybe it’s because I’m stubborn and just can’t let go for a few minutes. But two whole days off…AND my house is clean…man, I feel great.
